Recognized for his contributions to community development and leadership among youth, Chief Emuoboh Gbagi is a prominent leadership figure amongst the youths and the rest of the community in his hometown. In January 2015, he was conferred with the traditional title of “Ame” of Ughelli Kingdom by His Royal Majesty, Oharisi, the Ovie of Ughelli Kingdom, in recognition of his service to the community. Ame in his native tongue Urhobo means water, a testament to his source role in the community. 

The conferment of the traditional title of Ame of Ughelli Kingdom was a significant milestone in Emuoboh’s life. It marked his formal recognition as a respected community leader and a symbol of his commitment to the welfare of his people. The title also bestowed upon him certain responsibilities, including mediating disputes, promoting peace and harmony and representing the interests of the youths in the community.

Emuoboh has actively participated in various community development initiatives. He has supported educational projects and programs, healthcare initiatives and infrastructure development projects in his hometown and the surrounding areas. His commitment to social welfare has earned him widespread respect and admiration among his constituents.

One of Emuoboh’s most notable contributions to the community has been his support for youth development programs.
